I found this very useful and even though I don’t recommend it for everyone, it’s great if you’re someone that really can’t do more than one thing to be able to get past their anxiety.
Another thing that I’ve found when dealing with panic attacks is the importance of having the proper attitude and mindset. It’s very important to understand that you are in control of your own panic and anxiety. It’s not something that you can train or have it handed to you on a silver platter. Just know that it happens for a reason and that you are able to control it. If you truly understand this then you’ll be able to accept it and will be able to accept your panic and anxiety in it’s entirety. You’ll also be able to understand why you’re having these attacks and why you’re having them in this manner. Once you accept the fact that you’re having these attacks and that they’re happening in this manner then you’ll be able to get past it. This is a very important point and one that you can’t afford to overlook. You’ll have to learn how to get past your panic and anxiety or you’ll never be able to get past it and that’s just not good. Now after understanding why you’re having these attacks you’ll have to move past them.
Now the way you should move past these attacks is by learning how to change the way you think about them. You should stop focusing on how scared you are or how your anxiety is affecting your life. You should instead focus on what you’re able to do to make yourself better. Instead of thinking about your anxiety and panic attacks you should be thinking about what you can do to make your life better. What you can do to be able to deal with your panic attacks in the manner that you want and that you feel comfortable with.
